Yesterday we was contacted by
www.anticheatinc.net and asked if we would be interested in streaming our servers to them. They are an established anti cheat community in Americas Army series and will be branching out to BC2. The staff from anti cheat inc went trough every options they can supply us with in the hunt for hackers and I must say that we're impressed.
Their player base is still small in BC2 and that's why we were contacted, the high number of players to our servers (close to 250,000 in 1 year!). We are doing a test now on the Isla/valparaiso and the SQDM servers to see if the streaming makes any lag. If it goes well we will add our other servers by the end of the week. This will help us greatly in our hunt for hackers and protection of our servers and community.
There so many features we can get from this that its to much to explain here, however it's still in the beginning for bc2. No worries, these guys have years of experience from AA series so I have no doubt it will be good. I would recommend everyone of our members that are interested in catching hackers to register on their site and get involved with it. I will update this post as we go along with this.
