www.bfhq.net now with streaming

From today www.bfhq.net started streaming its banlist. At the moment only for bc2 but its ready to stream to bf3 from day 1 rock

Email activation settings have been modified. Was set to instant activation. I don't care if users are having issues with their emails. That's their problems, many people have registered just fine. DO NOT TURN EMAIL ACTIVATION OFF or you will be over run with spam bots.
